RELEASE 4.4 


Release 4.4 includes some significant improvements for SuperMate users as per below, it also includes phase 1 of integrating our Knowledge Base (help Guides) with our portals.

All Users

  1. Link to Knowledge Base (help guide) now available from within audit portals.

SuperMate Users

  1. Statement of Financial Position and Operating Statement data now automatically available
  2. Member Entitlement data will now show opening and closing balances


Knowledge Base Integration

Our Knowledge Base link now resides within the Auditomation Portals, this is phase 1 and eventually you will be redirected with your own login credentials and have additional options to customise and raise pre-filled tickets from this area.

You will see a new  icon appear between your notifications and Admin drop down menu.



Statement of Financial Position and Operating Statement Data (SuperMate)

Release 4.4 includes the additional data acquisition during the audit job creation, due to API improvements all data required from the Statement of Financial and Operating Statement.

These reports will now be available within the Financial Reports section


Member Entitlement Data (SuperMate)

Previously we were unable to acquire all Member Entitlement data via Trial Balance API, we have been able to acquire this data from API data generated from the Member Account Balances Report from SuperMate. This additional data will now allow us to provide current and previous FY opening, closing and accumulative balances as per below. Although the data is acquired differently to other cloud software the results behave the same.
