Revenue Analysis

Introduction

The Practice Analytics module provides a comprehensive overview of your firm's key metrics through graphical and table representations. This module is divided into My Practice Analytics and Firm Analytics, offers insights into various aspects of your practice, enabling you to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Accessing Practice Analytics

Step 1: Click on Practice Analytics from the left panel menu.
Step 2: Select My Practice Analytics.



Sorting Table Data:

  1. For table formats, you can sort the data in ascending or descending order.


Selecting Data Period:

  1. Choose the year and quarter, or just the year, to view the corresponding data.
  2. This action can be performed for each and every section of this module separately.


Revenue Analysis

Revenue Share:

  1. Shows the percentage of revenue generated from fees (flat fee and fee based on job complexity) and add-ons. Displays total revenue generated.



Add-ons Revenue:

  1. Lists all add-ons with the number of jobs using each, average fees, and subtotals.



Firms with Highest Revenue Share:

  1. Lists the top 5 firms contributing the most to the company's revenue share.



Firms with Lowest Revenue Share:

  1. Lists the top 5 firms contributing the least to the company's revenue share.



Fee Revenue:

  1. Displays data on jobs charged flat fees or fees based on complexity, with job counts, average fees, and subtotals.



Invoice:

  1. Lists firms with total jobs, pending invoices, and completed invoices.
