Review Checklist

Introduction

The Review Checklist is divided into three parts, which are the SIS Checklist, the Other Checklist, and the Audit Program Checklist. From the Fund Dashboard,
1. Click on Process > Review Checklist.



2. You can also click on any of the checklists from the Fund Dashboard itself.



SIS Checklist: 

  1. Under the SIS Checklist, you can find a list of checklists.



  1. Clicking on a checklist will open its sub-checklist on the right.



  1. From here, you can comment, tag documents, create queries, and view the last updated date.


  1. The three-dot icon allows you to Check All Completed or Uncheck All.


Other Checklists:

  1. Find other checklists under this tab. Mark them as Complete or NA, view the last updated date, and add comments or queries.


Audit Program Checklist:

  1. This section unites all checklists from Plan and Process. Changes made here will be reflected in Plan and Process and vis-a-vis.


  1. Clicking on the headings opens sub-checklists on the right. You can mark them complete, view the last updated date, add comments, tag documents, and raise queries.


Features And Actions Of The Checklists

  1. Mark the checklist as Completed or select N/A if it doesn't apply.
      
  1. Click the Document button on the top right to view the list of folders and documents and tag documents by drag and drop method to the checklist.
      
  1. Load Predefined Comments loads predefined comments from the checklist templates without replacing existing ones.
      
  1. You can also edit the checklist content by clicking on it.
      
  1. You can open the sub-checklist and view Procedure, Type, and add comments.
      
  1. Add a description and conclusion to the checklist and save it.
