Re-establish access to refresh the integration connection.
Resolve common access and connectivity issues between Class and Sorted Lite.

Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure that:
You are logged in to Class Super as an Access Controller or Administrator.
The affected user has an active Class Super account.
You have the necessary permissions to manage Partner Application Access settings.
Revoke CloudOffis Sorted Lite Access
Step 1: Log in to your Class account
Step 2: From the main menu, navigate to Business > Partner Application Access

Step 3: Now, Under CloudOffis Sorted Lite, find the user associated with the issue.
Step 4: Click on the Revoke Access option beside their name.
Re-establish Sorted Lite Access in Class
Step 1: Once access is revoked, go back to Business > Partner Application Access.
Step 2: Locate Cloudoffis Sorted Lite again, and click on it.
Note- This action refreshes the integration and re-establishes the connection.
Step 3: Inside Sorted Lite, locate the fund
Step 4: Click Sync with Class to fetch the latest data.
Step 5: Verify the data after sync completion, and then proceed to Submit to Auditor.
