Roles & Permissions
The below instructions will assist you in editing Roles and Permissions for existing users in Cloudoffis.

Permissions can be adjusted for each user role except Administrators and Company Admin roles. The below menu can be accessed form the Staff Page (top right of screen) for administrators.
The most common combination is as per below, read on to find out why.
Permission Definitions
Each of the below can be applied for each role by clicking the relevant Check Box
- Manage Audit Job
- Manage Staff
- Process Audit Job
Manage Audit Job
When blank
- User cannot create audit job and cannot access Manage Client Menu
- User will only see the audit jobs assigned to them in the My Audit Job Queue and Dashboard
- User Cannot Assign or Process Audit Jobs from the Audit Job Queue
- User can only view Jobs in the Completed Audit Job Queue that they were assigned a role.
- User cannot unlock audit file from Completed Audit Job Queue
When Ticked
- User will have the ability to access Manage Clients menu and create/import new clients and Create Audit Jobs
- User will see all audit jobs in the My Audit Job Queue and on Dashboard
Manage Staff
When Left Blank
- User Cannot access Staff menu and therefore cannot add or edit staff.
When Ticked
- User Can access Staff menu and therefore can add or edit staff and their roles (including Roles and Permission settings).
Process Audit Job
The behaviour of this permission is also dependent on the Manage Audit Job Role
When Left Blank (in conjunction with Manage Audit Job left Blank)
- The user will not be able to access any Cloudoffis functions therefore rendering this combination pointless.
When ticked (regardless of Manage audit job setting)
- The user will be able to access, process and progress stage of an audit job
