Sharing report templates with SMSF Sorted clients

How to Share Report Templates with SMSF Sorted Clients.

To share the Report Templates generated via MS Word with connected firms, follow the steps given below.
Note:- Only templates created using the MS Office plugin will be able to be shared to new firms.

Step 1:- From Admin menu, select Report Templates.
Step 2:- Click the Share To Firm icon.

Step 3:- You'll now see a list of firms on the appearing screen, from there, select the firms you want to share the Report Templates with. You can select maximum of 20 firms, though you can repeat the same process again as many times as required.
Step 4:- Once done, click on Share.

Step 5:- Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation message.

Note:- Now the business admin at accounting firm will receive an email similar to the one shown below. It will outline the reports that have been shared with them and the firm that it has been shared from.
