SMSF Sorted 2020 Release Summary

As it was with Auditomation all of those years ago, following the initial release most release updates contain more tweaks/fixes than substantial enhancements. With this said, below is a summary of our initial enhancement releases.

  1. Multiple email notification logic and content updates.
  2. Ability to update folder hierarchy prior to importing lead schedule, naming convention is also updated during this process.
  3. PDF Comment logic rectified so it is always visible on PDF in the position saved, this is also reflected on the exported PDF summary file.
  4. Highlighting logic rectified so it is always visible on PDF in the position saved.
  5. Cloudoffis Auditomation portals updated so all documents will be situated on the level they were saved with sorted.
  6. Search and filter options added within the General Ledger pop up, sum totals will now update to reflect the sum of the filtered items only.
  7. Previous year data added within the General Ledger pop up, the above search and filter logic also applies to this.
  8. Multiple helpful Class reports are now auto tagged to the appropriate section, the format is in PDF allowing for bookmarking, highlighting and commenting on these reports.
  9. DOB Logic updated for trustees that are not members of the fund, no longer creates an error when DOB is missing.
  10. Search and filter options added to the Submitted to Auditor page.
  11. Pension observation updated to analyse even when an end date is captured.
  12. All observations will now show Green as good to go and Red for warnings.

General Ledger Enhancement

Based on initial feedback we have introduced additional features as per below.


Enter a search criteria and we will filter and only show relevant results, this is available within both General Ledger pop ups and full report. In the below example I have searched for Loan Repayments and now I will only see results that match. The Net Balance also updates to reflect the sum of the filtered items only (Net Balance 13,200.00).


 As you can see from the below the filter will apply to partial matches as well, searching for rent will filter all transaction containing rent (Net Balance 8,308.00)
