SMSF Sorted Release 1.1.2

Introduction

We are constantly improving our SMSF Sorted portals, release 1.1.2 includes additional tools and functions to increase usability and further increase our efficiency and accuracy.
  1. GST Status now reviewed and displayed during client import process
  2. Additional search side panel added with 3 additional tools included
    1. Thumbnail View
    2. Existing Bookmarks View
    3. Search view
  3. API token expired links added with a bulk option to reauthorise
  4. Knowledge Base link added to portal

GST Status

During the import client process we now also review the GST status in Class, if this is available along with all other information we will return no issues or provide the option to re-import as per below.

Note: If you imported client prior to this feature Re-Importing will be required to remove GST Status warnings.

Search Side Panel

We have added additional tools to increase efficiency while searching for related data from the lead schedule.

To access these new options expand the side panel located to the right of the Bookmarks panel (when you hover over icon "Toggle Side Panel" will appear.

Once selected the side panel will replace the bookmarks panel and the icon will change to , select this icon to revert back to Bookmarks panel.

If you prefer to have the Search Side Panel available and also see the bookmarks already made, simply expand the Bookmarks panel prior to opening Search Side Panel by select the .

Thumbnail View

This provides a small image of each page should you wish to manually navigate to a specific page you are already aware of (also helps for faster scrolling)


Existing Bookmark View

There may not be a great need for this if you are using sorted as your DMS but this view will display bookmarks made prior to uploading into SMSF sorted with PDF editing software (That have not been OCR processed*), it will also show a bookmark for each document if the document was combined electronically (or scanned if bar code separators were used).

Note: This shows pre-existing bookmarks prior to upload only, bookmarks created in SMSF sorted will display within SMSF Sorted Bookmarks panel.
* OCR Processing will remove these bookmarks, OCR may be required for combined documents that contain electronic and scanned PDF's.

Search View

When searching for an item it is common to have more than one result, this tool provides a hyperlink to each result and page. When you search for an item that appears in many instances a scroll bar will also appear for navigation, in the below I have searched for the word Asset'

NOTE: Once you search for an amount or text, you can manually override the search parameter by typing into search field within this panel.

Re-Authorise

If your API Authority Token expires we will provide an option to Re-Authorise. The most common reason for your API token to expire is time. For more information on other common causes you can refer to our guide here.
