SSO Authentication Process (Azure)
Follow the steps given below to authenticate SSO in Azure.
Step 2: Go to Azure Active Directory service from the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Select Enterprise Applications from the menu and select All Applications.
Step 4: To add a new application, select New Applications.
Step 5: Go to the Non-gallery section, In Add your Application add the app name SMSF Audit in the text box.
Step 6: Locate and edit the application configured for Cloudoffis, then click on Setup Single Sign-On.
Step 7: Locate and click on Single sign-on from the left-hand menu to proceed with the configuration.
Step 8: Under SAML, you will find fields for Identifier (Entity ID) and Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL). Update their values by clicking on the edit.
Basic
SAML Configuration (Examples):
On the Set up single sign-on with SAML page, in the SAML Signing Certificate section, find Certificate (Base64). Select Download to download the certificate and save it on
your computer.
In the Set up SMSF Audit section,
copy the appropriate URL (or URLs) based on your requirements.
Step 7: Save the changes.
You have successfully updated the SSO configuration for the Cloudoffis system.
To enable
Azure AD SSO in the Azure portal, follow these steps:
1.
In the Azure portal, on the SMSF Audit application integration page,
find the Manage section,
and then select single sign-on.
2.
On the Select a single sign-on method page, select SAML.
3.
On the Set up single sign-on with SAML page, select the pen
icon for Basic SAML Configuration to
edit the settings.
SSO Authentication Process (SMSF Auditomation)
Step 1: Click on the Profile > Subscription > SSO Authentication.
Step 2: On the appearing page, fill in the details.
Enter Azure Application Details: These details can be collected from Azure and are required to be filled in for configuration.
Enter Sub Domain: This is where we set up a unique sub-domain name to access SMSF Audit.
Step 3: Once all the details are filled, click on Check > Confirm and then on Sync > Submit & Verify.
Note:-
- Once the Azure user list is synchronized with Audit, all users synced from the client will be displayed in the Audit > Admin > Staff tab.
- These users can log in to SMSF Audit using their Azure credentials via a client-specific link. Upon opening this link, users will encounter the Microsoft Azure login page.
- After successfully logging in, they will be redirected to the SMSF Audit dashboard.
