Staff Performance

Introduction

The Practice Analytics module provides a comprehensive overview of your firm's key metrics through graphical and table representations. This module is divided into My Practice Analytics and Firm Analytics, offers insights into various aspects of your practice, enabling you to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Accessing Practice Analytics

Step 1: Click on Practice Analytics from the left panel menu.
Step 2: Select My Practice Analytics.



Sorting Table Data:

  1. For table formats, you can sort the data in ascending or descending order.



Selecting Data Period:

  1. Choose the year and quarter, or just the year, to view the corresponding data.
  2. This action can be performed for each and every section of this module separately.


Staff Performance

Filter Staff

Filter staff members using Active and In-active checkboxes. 


Current Jobs:

  1. View the number of current jobs in different stages for selected staff .

Job Status Analysis

  1. Table view of jobs in different stages in each specific month of the selected year.

Job Completion Analysis:

  1. Shows data for a staff member, including average job completion days, number of jobs received, and completion times by month.

Contravention Analysis:

  1. Displays the total contraventions discovered by you and other staff in your firm.

Queries:

  1. Shows the number of open, closed, and draft queries for the selected staff member.

Query Analysis:

  1. Displays the graph of total queries raised versus the number of queries closed, showing the performance of individual staff members.
