Submitting & Resubmitting Job to the Auditor

Introduction

Once you have successfully imported clients from the accounting software, the next step is to submit the Job to the Auditor. While submitting the job to the auditor, you have an option to Upload Documents and then Review and Submit.

How to Submit Job to the Auditor

Step 1: Click on Clients > Manage Clients.



Step 2: Now click on the three dot icon under the action column and click on Submit to Auditor.



Step 3: On the appearing page, enter the job details, like Financial Year, Client Contact and Auditor and click on Next.



Step 4: On the Upload Documents page, click on Add Files or Drag & Drop to upload documents. Once done, click on Next.



Step 5: On the appearing screen, review the details and click on Submit.



The Job will be successfully submitted and the auditor will receive an email regarding the job submitted to them.

Job Submission Status

Accountants can view the job status under Clients > Manage Jobs > Submitted to Auditor.

Failed:

  1. User will get an email informing the job submission failure.
  2. User will get an option to Re-submit to Auditor.

In Progress:

  1. A Refresh icon will appear to refresh the job status.

Submitted

  1. This will mean that, the job has been successfully submitted to the auditor.


How to Resubmit a Job

Once you have submitted a job and then made any changes, you will have to resubmit the job to the auditor to reflect the changes in the auditor's portal. Follow the steps mentioned below to resubmit the job.
Step 1: Click on Clients > Manage Jobs > Submitted to Auditor(s).



Step 2: Search for the relevant fund in the Submitted to Auditor's tab and click on the three dot icon under the action column.
Step 3: Now click on Re-submit to Auditor.



Step 4: A pop-up will appear prompting you to re-import data, click on Re-import Data.



Step 5: The Job will be re-imported and you can now click on Re-submit to resubmit the job.



The job will be resubmitted successfully.
