Introduction

All the details related to your subscription package are available here including total, used and available files, package subscription date, package expiry date, and used storage.
You can renew your package subscriptions and also top-up files if required anytime in between your tenure. 

You also will be able to see the price per file while doing a top-up.

Notes
Note:- You can not opt for another subscription before the current one expires. The other way to have extra files is to top-up if you’re out of existing files.

How to Renew Subscription

Step 1: Click on Profile > Subscription.

Step 2: Click on Renew.

Note: The Renew button will be enabled only 30 days before your expiry. If this button is disabled, you can top-up files using the following process.

Step 3: Select package and click on Add to Cart.

Step 4: Enter Coupon Code (If any), Select Payment Terms and hit Subscribe.

Step 5: Read and accept Terms and Conditions and then, click on Subscribe.

Step 6: You can now click on Download Invoice to download your invoice.

How To Top-Up Files

Here’s how you can top-up extra files if you’re out of the existing ones.
Step 1:- Click on your profile icon and then click on Subscription.

Or 

Step 1:- Click on your profile icon and then on You can search from the pop-up menu and from the appearing page, select Subscription.

Step 2:- In the Top Up Files, Add the number of files that you would like to add to your account. Once you do that, you will be able to see the cost per file and the total cost.

Step 3:- Then click on Add To Cart.

Notes
Note: Enter your discount code in the designated Enter Discount Code field and click on Apply to redeem the discount.
Step 4:- A bill will be generated on the right side of your screen, select if you want to do Upfront or Monthly payment.

Step 5:- Then click on Subscribe.

Step 6:- A pop-up will appear with Terms and Conditions, click on I Accept from the left bottom corner of the pop-up. Then click on Subscribe to process forward.

Step 7:- You will be redirected to the Payment window, add your details and then click on Subscribe from the bottom of the page.

Note: Do not forget to click on the checkbox beside I agree.

Step 8:- Once done, your top-up files will be added and will reflect in your account immediately.
