Troubleshooting Failed Imports & Re-imports

Import and Reimport Functionality Errors

1. Unable to Fetch Fund Data (Fund Level)

Cause: API failed to retrieve fund details.
Solution: Follow the import process once again.

2. Fund Access Failed (Fund and Job Level)

Cause: Access changed/removed from accounting software.
Solution: Check if your funds still exist in accounting software. If yes, check if you still have access for it.

3. Token Expiry (Fund and Job Level)

Cause: Token expired.
Solution:  Reauthorise and follow the import process once again.

4. Import/Reimport Failure at Job Level

Cause: System fails to import/re-import fund details.
Solution: Follow the import process once again.

5. Fund Reauthorization Failed

Cause: Authorization failure with the accounting software.
Solution: Reauthorise and follow the import process once again.

6. Complete Import/Reimport Failure

Cause: The import/reimport process terminates if the trial balance report is unmet.
Solution: Check your Trial Balance and follow the import process once again.

Cause: Observation-related reports or data are missing.
Solution: No data available for Observations, recheck imported data and reimport again.

8. Missing Reports in the Financial Reports List

Cause: Reports are missing in the financial reports section.
Solution: Check imported financial reports data and try reimporting once again.
