Understanding Global Dashboard
Introduction
The Dashboard in the portal provides a quick overview of key information and actions. Here's a breakdown of what can be found and performed on this page:
My Jobs
- This section displays the jobs with the stage they are in currently on your portal and categorises jobs in 8 different statuses: Assigned, Work In Progress, Waiting For Response, Ready for Review, Pending Review Action, Ready for Peer Review, Peer review In Progress, and Peer Review Completed.

Note: This is only for Business Admin, Partner, Super user, and Manager.
Assigned Jobs
- This section displays the jobs with the stage they are in currently and are assigned to you. The statuses are categorised into 4 : Open, Work in Progress, Finalization and Complete.
Audit Jobs
- This section displays the jobs with the stage they are in currently for Audit and categorizes your jobs into six different statuses: Submitted, Open, Audit in Progress, Finalised, Completed, and On Hold. Clicking on any of these statuses will take you to the Clients > Manage Jobs page, where you can view and manage jobs with that specific status.

Note: This is only for Business Admin, Partner, Super user, and Manager.
Jobs in Progress
- Here, you can see a list of the five most recent jobs.
- The information provided includes Client Name, Year, ABN, Auditor, Submitted Date, Stages, Client Contact, and the Source of import. Clicking on a Fund Name will allow you to View and Edit client details.
Internal Queries
- These queries are raised and resolved by internal staff and accounts within the firm.
- The information displayed includes Client Name, Year, Query Heading, Query Status, Date Received/Responded, and a Follow-Up button. Clicking on the follow-up button allows you to respond to the query or take a follow-up action regarding the query.
- Recent Internal queries that have been responded to will be displayed under Responded queries.
- Recent Internal queries that have been received will be displayed under the Received queries tab.
External Queries
- External queries involve the external auditor's firm.
- The information displayed includes Client Name, Year, Query Heading, Query Status, Date Received/Responded, and a Follow-Up button.
- Recent External queries that have been responded to will be displayed under Responded queries
- Recent External queries that have been received will be displayed under the Received queries tab.
- Clicking on the Follow-up button allows you to respond to the query or take a follow-up action regarding the query.
Collaboration
- This section displays recent activities performed by staff members in your account.
- It shows the Date, Time, Staff Member's Name, Role, Description (the activity they performed), and the Fund Name in which the activity was carried out.
- You can filter activities by selecting date ranges using the calendar widgets.
- By clicking on the View All icon, you can access a complete history page, showing all the activities performed from your account.
Customise your dashboard view.
Step 1: From the Business dashboard, click the Settings icon under the Profile icon in the upper left corner.
Step 2: A selection box will appear with radio buttons. You can select the type of information from the available options to select what will be displayed on your Dashboard. To change the defaults, select the appropriate radio button, e.g. Assigned Jobs, then click Save.
Step 3: The details displayed on the dashboard will update according to the selected preferences and be saved for future sessions.
