Introduction:
Viewing and updating client details is important for error-free workpaper creation. With just one click, you can update your Client Details directly from Xero. This guide will walk you through the steps to view and update client information in Tax Sorted.
Viewing Client Details:
Step 1: Navigate to the Client List page.
Step 2: Click on the name of the client you want to view.
Step 3: Client details, including Basic Details, Primary Contact, and Workpaper Files, will be displayed on a slider.
Updating Client Details:
Once you have updated the client details successfully in XPM. Follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Click on the Update Client Details button located at the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Your client details will be re-imported from XPM and you will receive a confirmation toast message at the bottom of your screen.
View Update History:
Hover over the clock icon next to Update Client Details to see when the client details were last updated.
By following these simple steps, you can easily view and update client details, ensuring that your records are accurate and up-to-date.
