Upgrading to Sorted Pro

Sorted Basic users can compare different plans of Sorted and upgrade to Sorted Pro using the below steps:

1. The business admin and Super users can only view the Subscription page under their user profile. They can click on the Upgrade now button to view different Sorted plans and the features available under each plan.

      

1. The Subscription page is not available for Managers and Preparers as the subscription is an admin activity. The Managers and Preparers cannot upgrade to Sorted Pro however they can view and compare the different plans and features available in each plan by clicking on the Subscribe Now button.

      

1. Sorted Basic Users are redirected to the Sorted Plan page. They can expand the heading by clicking the + icon and view the detailed features available.
   
2. Select the relevant Plan by clicking on Subscribe Now button.

1. By clicking on the Subscribe Now button, an order form will open. Please check the details of your firm and click on the T&C check box after reading them. Once you confirm the details click on the Place Order button.
   

      

1. This will take you to the Ezidebit page. You can select the payment method and enter the details on the page. 
   
2. Select the T&C check box of Ezidebit and click on Submit button. This will upgrade your Sorted portal fro Basic to Sorted Pro/ Enterprise.
