Verify Data with Accounting Software(Class/BGL360/SuperMate)

Introduction
This feature enables users to compare data between Cloudoffis Auditomation and accounting software (Class, BGL360, SuperMate). Please note that auditors need to request access and specific credentials from the accountant for the respective software:
For Class:
  • Username and Password

For BGL 360:

  • Username and Password

For SuperMate:

  • User ID, Password, and Site ID

Notes
Note:
This functionality does not update Cloudoffis data; it solely informs users about changes made in the accounting software for a specific job.
This functionality is only for the jobs bought from Sorted.

Verify Data with Accounting Software
Follow these steps to verify data:

Step 1: Click on Verify Data with Class (or the relevant software) from the Fund Dashboard.

Step 2: Enter the provided login credentials (Username, Password, User ID, Site ID) and click on Login.

Step 3: Click on Allow Access/Authorise.

Step 4: The system will display a comparative analysis if any differences exist between Cloudoffis and the accounting software. It will show U for Updated, N for New, and D for Deleted.

Step 4: If there's no difference found in the data, the following message will be displayed.

You can now efficiently compare and verify data between Cloudoffis Auditomation and your chosen accounting software (Class, BGL360, SuperMate). This feature helps you to notice differences and make your audit more accurate.
