Verify Data with Class/BGL 360/SuperMate

This option facilitates users to compare the existing data in Cloudoffis Auditomation with the accounting software (Class/BGL360/SuperMate).

Important: The auditor needs to request the Accountant to provide them the access and under-mentioned credentials to the respective software.

1. For Class - Username and Password
2. For BGL 360 - Username and Password
3. For Supermate - User ID, Password and Site ID.

Note - This functionality does not update the data in Cloudoffis, it is only to make the Cloudoffis user aware of the changes done in the accounting software for that particular job. 

Steps to Verify Data.

1. Click on "Verify Data with Class"



2. Enter the login credentials



4. Click on "Allow access"



5. Comparative data will be shown if there is any difference.
