Viewing Completed Fund Queries and Documents for Accountants
The article below demonstrates how Accountants and Administrators can view queries and documents for completed audit jobs.
When an auditor completes their audit and updates the fund status to "Complete" the status on the accountant's portal will also update to Complete.
Navigate to Audit > Audit Jobs > Assigned Audit Jobs.
From this screen, click on the filter icon and a number of fields will appear for you to set your search criteria.
Tick the "Completed" field.
Tick the "Show All" field.
Click on Filter.
Completed funds will now be displayed.
Click on the 3 dot icon to the right-hand side of the fund you wish to view. You will then see the option to View Queries, Assign Staff, and View Documents.
