Why am I getting so many email notifications for Queries and Review points?
Problem
Every time I send a Query or Review Point, both the sender and recipient get an email. How do I minimise the emails?
Resolution
Email notifications are not currently configurable.
From the Audit side, the auditor can opt to publish queries rather than "publish & email" and then notify the accountant with a single email. At present, the auditor receives a response email each time the accountant replies.
From the Sorted side, currently, alerts are being sent for external queries.
As a workaround, I would suggest setting up mail rules to capture those responses from no-reply@cloudoffis.com.au with Query Resolved or Query Responded in the subject to filter through to another folder.
