The reason you have received this error are:
API AuthorityIf the API Authority token expires an error will occur, clicking the red download icon will generate the error - We require new API authority from BGL, for the reason and solution please click here.
- If it is an external job received from Sorted then request your accountant to Reauthorise the client as per the following guide: Re-authorise client from SMSF Sorted
- If it is an internal job, to rectify this, see the steps here.
Document no longer existsIf the document(s) have been removed from BGL after the creation of the job we can no longer import them - For more information on reasons this might have occurred please refer here, if you receive this message please contact your accounting firm for a reason why this has been removed or issues as outlined here.
