Changing Staff for Audit Roles

The article below explains how to re-assign the staff assigned to an existing audit job.

Step 1 - Open the Assigned Staff Menu.

There are several ways to trigger the 'Assigned Staff Menu'.  

Option 1 - From My Audit Job Queue

Select the 3 dot menu on the right of page:

Then select Assign/Remove Staff


Option 2 - From Job Dashboard

Select button within the relationship section top right module of your fund dashboard


Option 3 - From Shortcut Menu

The Shortcut menu is located at the top right of the Cloudoffis portal to the right of your logo.
Once opened select Assign/Remove Staff



Step 2 - Remove and Add User Process

When you have opening the "Assigned Staff Menu" update the staff members by: 

  1. Removing the existing staff member by clicking the red X.
  2. Select New Staff by clicking within the Select drop-down box, a list of active users will then appear for selection.
  3. Once new user has been selected click 'Assign'
  4. Once desired users have been updated select Save & Close




Only a user with the role Auditor or Company Admin can be assigned as the auditor, this is the only restriction.

All 3 roles have to be selected but 1 user can perform multiple roles
