This article looks at how to export data from SMSF Sorted into Excel, and from which screens this export is available.

What data is available to be exported?

Data can be exported from Manage Clients and Manage Jobs using the Export to Excel button. found on the upper right of pages.

Exporting from Manage Clients

There are a number of fields available for export from the Manage Clients screen.

  1. Client Name
  2. ABN
  3. Business Code
  4. Business Name
  5. Imported From
  6. Last Imported On
  7. Client Details
  8. Latest Job
  9. Re-Authorize
  10. Mapped Accountant
  11. Imported On
  12. Imported By
  13. Last Imported By
  14. Fund Code
  15. TFN
  16. Fund End Date
  17. Trustee Type

Exporting from Manage Jobs

Similar to the column selection on Manage Jobs, the fields available for export depends on the tab being viewed at the time. These include the following:
  1. Client Name
  2. Year
  3. ABN
  4. Submitted Date
  5. Company Name
  6. Preparer
  7. Manager
  8. Reviewer
  9. Imported From
  10. Status
  11. Imported On
  12. Business Name
  13. Business Code
  14. Fund Name
  15. Unsorted Document Count
  16. Completion
  17. Completion Date
  18. Deleted Date
  19. Deleted By

Data Export Format

Data is exported in Excel format. The sheet will open with fixed width columns, but these can be expanded to show the full heading details
