How To Change Wind-Up Job Into Year-End Job

Introduction

To convert a wind-up job into a year-end job, you must first remove the wind-up dates from the fund details in the relevant accounting software.

Removing the wind-up date in the accounting software

Class
  1. Log in to Class, and select the fund

  1. Go to Fund > Details > Edit.

  1. Delete the End Date and click Save


BGL 360
  1. Login to BGL 360
  2. Select the Fund and click on Edit.
  1. Scroll down and delete Wind-up Date.
  2. Once deleted, click on Save.


SuperMate
  1. Login to SuperMate and select the fund.
  1.  Now, click on Fund Details.
  1. Change the Fund Status as Current Administration, and click on Save.

Creating a year-end Job in SMSF Sorted

Once you have removed the wind-up date for the fund in the accounting software. Follow the steps mentioned below 
Step 1: Import Client or if you have already imported the client, Re-import the client to reflect the changes.
Step 2: Create a Job and instead of wind-up date, the current financial year will automatically appear.
