When an audit job is completed, the auditor can produce the relevant documentation for the Audit Report and then share that directly with the accountant. You can now share multiple post-audit reports for the jobs received from Sorted at once. Once the Post Audit Report is successfully generated, you can select the reports by clicking on the checkbox next to it and share all the reports together in bulk.
Note:- This process can be only done for the jobs received from Sorted and generating the post-audit report is a must.
How to share multiple Post Audit Reports in bulk
Step 1:- Login to the platform and click on Audit>Audit Jobs.
Step 2:- Select the Fund for which you want to share the Post Audit Reports from My Audit Job and head over to its Fund Dashboard.
Step 3:- Now click on Audit Letters and Reports.
Step 4:- Now under the Action column, click on Generate Report Icon.
Step 5:- Once the report is successfully generated you will receive a confirmation pop-up at the bottom-right corner of your screen. Also, the disabled checkbox will now be enabled.
Step 6:- Click on the checkbox next to the Post Audit Report that you want to share or you can also select all at once by clicking on the checkbox next to Report Name or you can share it one by one
Step 7:- Once selected, you will now be able to perform 3 enabled options, i.e, Save, Delete, and Share. Click on Share to proceed forward.
Step 8:- You will now receive a pop-up confirmation message at the bottom right corner of your screen.
What does the Accounting Firm receive?
When a post-audit document is shared with a connected firm, the contact at the accounting firm will receive an email similar to the one below
As noted in the email, these reports will appear in the accounting firm's DMS under Audit Letters & Reports.
From there, the firm can forward the reports for signing, as well as maintain a copy of the report for their own records. For full details of the process on the accountant's side,
