How to store documents for Prior Year and Additional Folders - Sorted Lite

Introduction

To store Documents in Prior Year or Additional Documents sub-folder, follow the steps given below.

How to store documents for Prior Year 

Step 1: Login to Class and Allow Access.

Step 2: Click on the menu icon from the top-left and select Cloudoffis from there.

Step 3: From the appearing page, click on DMS or Select Fund.

Step 4: Select DMS if you have selected the fund earlier or Select Fund if you have clicked on DMS earlier from the fund dashboard.

Step 5: Select any document from the available folders.

Notes

Note:- This action can not be performed for the documents in Audit Letters & Reports and Submitted to Auditor Folder.

Step 6: Click on the document to open the document.

Step 7: Now, click on the bookmark icon from the top taskbar and place the bookmark in the document wherever required.

Step 8: While adding the document, select the folder/ sub-folder as Prior Year/Additional Document in the select field by scrolling down.

Step 9: Select from Tag & Save and Save Only option whichever suits you best and click on Submit. You can also add Comment/Note if required with the bookmark.

Step 10: The document will now be moved to the selected subfolder (Prior Year/Additional Document) in Workpaper Folder.
