FAQs: Upgrade to Sorted Lite

Introduction

We’ve developed the following frequently asked questions to assist you and your team with your upgrade experience from Sorted Basic to Sorted Lite. 

What is Sorted Lite?

  1. Sorted Lite is a software powered by Cloudoffis that integrates with Class Super. Sorted Lite empowers accountants using Class Super with document management, workpaper preparation, data submission for audit, auditing tracking, and makes collaborating with your auditor easier using the query module. It provides various tools and insights to streamline the SMSF processes.

How can I access Sorted Lite? 

  1. You can access Sorted Lite from the Audit Console page in Class Portal. Refer to the articles from the Cloudoffis Knowledge Base for more information.

What happens to my existing data, documents and queries that are currently available in Sorted Basic?

  1. The upgrade will occur automatically and no action is required on your part. All your existing data including documents, audit letters & reports, queries and historical job records will be securely transferred to Sorted Lite.

Will I still have the access to my Sorted Basic portal after migration of my data to Sorted Lite?

  1. Your access to Sorted Basic will be discontinued simultaneously once the upgrade to Sorted Lite has taken place.

What happens in the case where I have funds other than Class, for example, manually uploaded funds?

  1. If you use multiple platforms for your clients (such as Class, BGL and Supermate) then we will only upgrade your Class funds to Sorted Lite. For all other platforms you will continue to use Sorted Basic. 

Is there any additional cost associated with using Sorted Lite in Class?

  1. Sorted Lite is free for Class Super users. As part of our commitment to providing you with an exceptional experience, we are upgrading your subscription from Sorted Basic to Sorted Lite at no cost.
