Generating and Reviewing Workpaper File

Introduction

You can simply review your workpapers in few easy steps with all the relevant tagged documents all at one place. Follow the steps given below to get started:

Reviewing Workpapers

Step 1: Select the Business and Fund Name.



Step 2: Click on the Grid menu and select Cloudoffis SMSF Sorted.



Step 3: You will now be redirected to the Audit Console page.
Note: Select the Fund if on Audit Console page, if you have already selected Fund earlier, you will directly be redirected to the Fund Dashboard.

Step 4: Select the fund to head over to Fund Dashboard and scroll down and click on View Referenced Workpapers button.



Step 5: When you click on it, all the Fund Details, Trial Balance, and tagged Documents will appear on your left screen. Line Items with tagged documents will be marked with a Paperclip icon. Clicking on this Paperclip icon will open the tagged documents.



Note:-
  1. This information will be only visible after you submit the job to the auditor.
  2. It is important to Regenerate Workpapers after every change made to make the workpapers updated.

Generating Workpapers


Step 1: Select the Business and Fund Name.



Step 2: Click on the Grid menu and select Cloudoffis SMSF Sorted.



Step 3: You will now be redirected to the Audit Console page.
Note: Select the Fund if on Audit Console page, if you have already selected Fund earlier, you will directly be redirected to the Fund Dashboard.


Step 4: Click on Generate under Workpapers column alongside the Fund Name.



Step 5: Select the sections to be included and click on Generate.



Step 6: The generate process will be denoted by a loading icon.



Step 7: Once generated, the Generate icon will be replaced with Regenerate, click on it to RegenerateViewDownload to perform the respective actions.



OR

Step 1: Select the Business and Fund Name.



Step 2: Click on the Grid menu and select Cloudoffis SMSF Sorted.



Step 3: You will now be redirected to the Fund Dashboard/Audit Console page. (Select the Fund if on Audit Console page). 
Step 4: Scroll down and click on Generate Workpapers button.



Step 5: Once you click on it, the workpaper will start generating  and once the process is completed, you can click on the Download icon.



Step 6: You will have 2 options, you can either download it in your Local Drive or you can push it to Class DMS.



Step 7: If you, the Workpapers will be downloaded in your system and you can view it from there. 
Step 8: If you click on Class DMS, then the document will be downloaded in Class DMS and you can view it by clicking on the Fund > Fund Documents from the Fund Dashboard of Class.



Step 9: You can Download, View/Edit and Delete it from there if required.
