We have added the ability to enter commonly used comments on a Checklist Template, once these are added we have provided an option to auto-populate these into the comments section for jobs created with the template. If you have not created or cloned a template previously, please refer

While you are editing your checklist template, there is an additional field added for comments;
Once you have added a comment clicking anywhere outside of the comment box will save it to your template and a confirmation will appear on your screen.
Comments added and loaded on a job will appear within the chat bubble on the associated checklist item. as per below;
When a job is created from a template with predefined comments, selecting the 3 dot menu of the page you are working on, this menu contains the option to load predefined comments;
Once loaded, these comments can be edited or deleted similar to manually added comments.
Note: Predefined comments can only be added once per page to avoid losing any manual changes, if you select to add a second time the below message will appear. This same message will display if manually added comments already exist to avoid overriding manually entered information
Predefined comments inherit the same logic as manually added comments and will be added to the PDF Audit Summary File next to the relevant item;
Note: Published templates cannot be edited, if you wish to add comments to a pre existing checklist simply create a clone of the desired checklist, for further information on how to clone or create checklist templates please click

Please be aware that once a checklist template is selected during job creation, you cannot change the template used.
