The deadline period is complete and we have transitioned into the new Financial Year, the long awaited 4.0 Release is now complete!

The below enhancements are a direct result of client feedback, please keep them coming.

  2. Choose to structure your dashboard as an auditor or external accountant
  3. New & improved filters added to various queues
  4. Improved Audit Job Report and filters
  5. New tool added to mark checklists as complete or N/A at a heading level
  6. New feature enables the sharing of your report templates with connected parties

  8. Shared report templates will come with a feature for connected parties to upload signed copies and share instantly with Auditor
  9. New hyperlink features within the final audit file summary links to bookmarked documents
  10. PLUS! 
  11. Improved formats and presentation
  12. Observation integration displays for relevant sections with a link to review and action
  13. Integration with SMSF Sorted - a brand new Cloudoffis solution launching for Accountants who prepare SMSF

Here is what you need to know today

The functionality within Cloudoffis remains the same, release 4.0 is full of enhancements but very little will impact your daily workflow as you know it. To ensure your workflow is not interrupted while we create the comprehensive guides and videos here is what you may need today.

  1. The logo has been updated on the login page and your tab icon will look different

Each status box will direct you to the relevant queue with a filter applied as per your selection.

  1. To navigate to you queue as you have previously is still available 
audit-audit-jobs

  1. The icons within the audit job Queue have changed to make room for the ABN field, once selected all else remains the same

    1. Assign Audit Job Icon audit-job, when you hover over the icon we will confirm assign-audit-job

    1. Delete Audit Job Icon delete-audit-job, when you hover over the icon we will confirm delete-audit-file


New Dashboard

We have heard your feedback and we have listened, the main dashboard has many features added allowing the customisation for all roles and entity types.


Queue Summary

This feature enables a one click option to navigate to the My Audit Job Queue with a pre-applied filter

NOTE: The user Roles & Permissions influence the Dashboard view, to only see your assigned audit jobs ask your administrator to un-tick the (Manage Audit Job setting) from the admin menu, for more information refer here.
