Query Logic and Tracking
Release 4.9 included bug fixes and enhancement to ensure all data is captured throughout the query journey.
The below scenario captures an internal query being converted to an external query, the response being received and resolution (without commenting). The timestamp logic now indicates which user performed each role. The 1st image captures the original internal query and the 2nd is the external query created after conversion.

Completed Status Logic Change
Completed status now incorporates similar logic as the finalise status. Now all 3 statuses are unavailable for selection until the audit has been marked as review completed. This was released to ensure an audit cannot be accidentally completed without the auditors knowledge.
Prior to review completed status being selected by the auditor, finalise fields and completed are greyed and unavailable
Once the review completed status is selected, the completed status becomes available for selection.
Waiting for response now visible to external parties
Prior to this release when an auditor selected the waiting for response status the external party could not differentiate as the stage remained audit in progress

. The audit in progress stage represents 5 statuses, one of which is waiting for response. Now when an auditor updates the status to waiting for response, the external portal will display the same icon but in yellow

.
For a matrix demonstrating which status represents each stage please refer

Time added to the last updated by field datestamp. All Cloudoffis timestamps are 24 hr format AEDT.
Detailed audit job report
Based on requests for additional data for reporting we have added a new detailed report that can be exported to excel. The detailed report captures every status change date and time as well as the date the paid file was deducted (job was processed)
