SMSF Sorted release 3.1

SMSF Sorted release 3.1

Introduction

We are pleased to announce that we’ve added some new features in SMSF Sorted to make your workflow easier.
Now, the Job-Type will pre-fill automatically from your accounting software, you can use Notify Assignees to quickly follow up on queries.
Also, you’ll be prompted to assign a Client Contact when submitting jobs for audit
  1. Job-Type Now Pre-filled from Accounting Software.

The "Job-Type" field will now prefill as either Year-End of Wind-Up at the time the job is created.
The classification of a Job as Year-End or Wind-Up is based on data in BGL360, Class or Supermate at the time of the import.
For "Manual Jobs" the wind up date will be drawn from the Fund Details tab when the client is created.
  1. Notify Assignees option has been added under Queries & Review Points

You can now follow up queries by clicking "Notify Assignees" directly from the Queries & Review Points screen on the Job Dashboard.  When clicking "Notify Assignees" you will be prompted to select which team members you would like to notify.  That staff member will then receive and email, prompting them to review the query.

  1. Assign 'Client Contact' feature added when submitting a job for Audit.

You will now be prompted to assign a "Client Contact" when submitting a job to Audit.  The client contact will be the staff member on the SMSF Sorted Portal who will be responsible for receiving queries and notifications on the job raised by the Auditor.
