SMSF Sorted Release v3.3

SMSF Sorted Release v3.3

Introduction

We are happy to announce the latest SMSF Sorted release v3.3. This release covers below important topics:

Subscription Module:

  1. The subscription module has been made available to ease the billing and managing of the clients.
  2. Sorted Pro firms can now import as number of clients as they have from accounting software. Firms are not required to purchase the top-up files. They can import the clients without an upper limit and the invoice will be generated at the end of each month based on the active and inactive clients a firm has. The invoice for each month is also reflected on the Subscription page of SMSF Sorted.
  3. Click here to refer to this feature in detail.
  4. Sorted Basic firms can now compare the different features available in each Sorted plan and also upgrade their portal to Sorted Pro/ Sorted Enterprise. Click here to know the steps for upgrading to Sorted Pro.

Deactivating and Deleting Clients:

  1. With this new feature, a firm can deactivate and/or delete any Client which is wound up or no longer active with the firm.
  2. Reduced charges are applicable for keeping the data of Inactive clients without deleting it. However, the charges can be completely removed by deleting a Client. Once a client is deleted, all jobs, data and documents are completely deleted and cannot be retried back.

Search Jobs with ABN and Fund Code:

  1. Now the jobs can be searched using the ABN and Fund code. This option is available on the user dashboard.

Improved View on Opening the Statement of Financial Position and Operating Statement:

  1. On clicking the Statement of Financial Position and Operating Statement from the job dashboard, a summarised view of financials is opened so that users can check the balance and size of the heading level line items.

A few bugs have also been addressed in the release.
