Submitting and Re-submitting to Auditor

Introduction

If you want to submit any of the available funds for audit, follow the simple steps given below from the Audit Console page.
You can follow the same steps to Resubmit the Fund to the auditor.

How to Submit a Job for Audit to an Auditor

Step 1: From the Audit Console page, under Audit Submitted column, you will see the status of audit submission as (Yes/No). 
Step 2: Click on NO to submit the job to the auditor.

Step 3: Select Yes from the appearing pop-up to confirm the action.

Step 4: Select the Auditor and hit Submit.

Step 5: There will be a loading icon denoting the Audit Submission is still in progress. Once done, the NO icon will change to YES after automatic refresh.

OR
Step 1: Locate the fund you want to submit on the Audit Console page.
Step 2: Click on the 3-dot icon (ellipsis) from the action column and click on Submit to Auditor.

Step 3: A pop-up screen will appear with an auto-filled Client Contact that can not be changed. Select the Auditor from the dropdown.
Step 4: Now hit Submit.

An email now be sent to the auditor letting them know that a job has been submitted to them

How to Re-submit a Job for Audit to an Auditor

Step 1: Locate the fund you want to submit on the Audit Console page.
Step 2: Click on the 3-dot icon (ellipsis) from the action column and click on Re-submit to Auditor.

Step 3: A pop-up screen will appear with an auto-filled Client Contact and Auditor that can not be changed, hit Re-submit.

Step 4: The resubmit process will now start and will be displayed alongside the Fund Name.

How to Cancel Audit Submission 

Step 1: Locate the fund from the Submitted to Auditor tab.
Step 2: Click on the 3-dot icon (ellipsis) from the action column and click on Cancel Audit Submission.

Step 3: Now click on Yes from the appearing confirmation pop-up.

Step 4: A confirmation toast message will appear at the bottom of your screen.
