Updating Company Details in Cloudoffis - SMSF Sorted

Change Request Form

To update any of the details listed below, please fill out a Change Request Form.

1. Company Name
2. ABN
3. Business admin email address 
4. Business name in the accounting software
5. Business code in the accounting software


Alert
The Change Request Form is required to be sent from the Current Business Admin's email address for the changes to take effect
Alert
If the Current Business Admin email address has been deactivated (Staff left) then one of the directors of the firm is required to sign the document and send it via their email address for the change to take effect.
Notes

Note: Please note if you want to assign the business admin role to a staff then the profile of the staff must be in the SMSF Sorted portal.
