Essential Steps After Updating the Business Code

Introduction

To update the Business Code, the Change Request Form is required to be sent from the Current Business Admin's email address for the changes to take effect. Click here for Change Request Form. Once your business code has been updated, follow these steps to ensure the changes are reflected on your portal. 

Steps to Perform After Updating the Business Code

Step 1: Re-authorise Clients

  1. Navigate to Clients > Manage Clients > Re-authorise. Click here for detailed article.
