Release 4.8

Release 4.8 includes many interface updates and tools to make navigating queues faster. 

  1. Addition of Business Name and Business Code fields (Stage 1).
  2. Existing Business Name field changed to Firm Name.
    1. Firm Name filter added to Completed & Deleted job queues.
    2. Firm Name filter added to Submitted by Accountant queue (SMSF Sorted connection only).
  3. Filters added to Submitted by Accountant queue (SMSF Sorted connection only).
  4. Sort filter added to Status column in My Audit Job queue.
  5. Additional fields added to Report Templates, enabling logic driven auto filters for year and auditor within the Audit Letters and Reports page.
  6. Additional logic introduced to ensure the Taxation Balance Checklist populates in the appropriate bucket (Asset or Liability).
  7. Icons for documents yet to be converted (imported) from BGL Workpapers will display differently.

Managed Clients Page

Business Code and Business Name are now captured and imported during the Import Client Process. Columns have been added to the Manage Clients page. The icons in the Action column also appear different but the action remains the same.

Firm Name Column and Additional Filters

Due to the additional Business Name field introduced we have renamed the Business Name column with Firm Name. Currently the only change is the name but in our next phase this column will show the the Business Name (for internal jobs) and the Firm Name (for external jobs - as per current).

We have also added a sort and filter function for this column in all queues (previously only available in My Audit Job queue).
