Uploading Documents from Sorted Lite and Syncing to Sorted Pro

Introduction-

This article explains the end-to-end process of how documents from Class DMS can be brought into SMSF Sorted Pro using Sorted Lite.

Uploading Documents from Sorted Lite and Syncing to Sorted Pro

Step 1: Upload Documents in Sorted Lite

Navigate to Sorted Lite>> Upload Documents>> Click on the Upload with Class option

1. The uploaded documents will be available in the Unsorted Folder of Sorted Lite.

Note: Ensure that documents are uploaded using the “Upload with Class” option to enable proper syncing from Class DMS.

Step 2: Create a Job in SMSF Sorted Pro

Go to SMSF Sorted Pro>> Import the same Fund from Class Super and create a job for the respective year.

1. The documents from Sorted Lite will automatically flow into the Unsorted Folder of Sorted Pro.
   

Step 3: Now, open the job in SMSF Sorted Pro and navigate to the unsorted folder in DMS.

1. Here, you can tag and organise the documents, as required.
   

If the Job already exists in SMSF Sorted Pro

Step 1: Open the existing job in Sorted Pro.

Step 2: Click on Re-import Lead Schedules.

Step 3: Tick the checkbox for Import Sorted Lite Docs.

1. Documents from Sorted Lite will be imported into the Unsorted Folder in Sorted Pro
