Why can't I see features from the new release?

Problem

Cloudoffis have put a new release out with features in the release notes, but I can't see them when I log in.

Resolution

From time to time, data will be cached in your browser, and you will need to force a refresh. The diagram below outlines how to do this in common browsers on both iOS and Windows platforms.
