Introduction
Once an audit job has been created or received, it must be processed before you can begin working on it. Processing an audit job imports the job data into the platform, allowing you to access the fund dashboard, review documents, upload the lead schedule (if required), and complete bucket mapping.
- This article explains how to process audit jobs and highlights important points to consider before deleting a processed job.
How To Process Audit Jobs
Step 1:- Once you have logged into the platform, click on Audit > Audit Jobs.
Step 2:- Click on 3 dots icon under the Action column>> then click on Process Audit Jobs.
Step 3:- When you click on Process Audit Jobs, a pop-up will appear, and from that, you can either Upload Lead Schedule or View Documents.
Note:- You can only Change Templates and select it from the dropdown. Other things like Firm Name, Client Name, SMSF ID, Financial Year, and Job Type can not be changed.
- You can only import the job for once, if the job has been already imported, you will receive an error message that the job already exists.
- Once the job is imported and processed, it will move to My Audit Job from Audit Job Queue.
Step 4:- Once the Import Data process is successfully completed, you will be redirected to the Fund Dashboard of that fund directly.
Step 5:- A pop-up will appear on the fund dashboard, from where you can Map Buckets.

How To Delete Audit Jobs
No changes can be made once the job is deleted. Deleting a job will delete everything from the job and this action is irreversible. Once deleted, no information or details can be brought back from that job.
If you have processed an Audit Job and then you are deleting the job, your license will be utilized. If you want the same job again, there is no option to get it back, you will have to create a whole new job and your another license will be utilized.
It is important to understand that once the job has been processed the license is utilized and there is no option to get it back.
