Fund Dashboard

Introduction

The Fund Dashboard provides a concise and comprehensive overview of important information related to the fund.



Here are the key elements displayed on this page:
  1. Fund Details

    1. Fund Name: [Name of the Fund]
    2. Financial Year: [Financial Year]
    3. Created Date: [Date of Fund Creation]
    4. Firm Name: [Name of the Firm]
    5. Trustee Type: [Type of Trustee]
    6. Completion %: [Percentage of Job Completed]



  1. Risk Matrix

    1. Indicates if the job's risk level is HighMedium, or Low.
                  
    1. Clicking on the risk level redirects to the Risk Matrix page, click here for more details.
  1. Status

    1. Displays the current status of the job.
                        
    1. Clicking on Change Status allows you to change status through a pop-up window.
                  
  1. Label

    1. Shows all the added labels for the fund.
    2. Clicking on the + icon allows you to Add Labels through a slider menu. To know more about Label, click here.
                  
  1. Generate File

    1. This button generates a file for the fund.
                  
    1. You can select or exclude specific information to include in the file.
                  
    1. Once generated, the button changes to Regenerate File for future use.

  1. Download File

    1. Once the file is generated, this button allows downloading and viewing of the file.
                  
  1. Relationship

    1. Assign/ Remove Staff button allows adding, changing, or removing staff members for the fund.
                  
  1. Queries & Review Points

    1. Displays a pie chart with Internal QueriesExternal Queries, and Review Points.
    2. Clicking on bullet points allows excluding specific options from the chart.
                  
  1. Observations

    1. Displays WarningsGood To Go, and Not Applicable Observations.
    2. Clicking on these observations redirects to the Observations page.
                  
  1. Checklists

    1. Shows percentages of completed Checklist and SIS Checklist.
    2. Clicking on these percentages redirects to the Review Checklist page.
                  
  1. Recent Activities

    1. Lists the top 5 most recent activities related to the fund.
    2. Clicking View All redirects to the Recent Activities page, showing all activities.
                  
  1. Signed off by checkboxes:

    1. On the Fund Dashboard, you'll find three checkboxes labeled Prepared By, Reviewed By, and Audited By, along with calendar icons.
    2. Users can select the checkboxes once they've completed the respective activity
    3. Upon clicking the checkboxes, users can select the date of completion using the calendar features, users can also select a backdate if required.
    4. Once the checkboxes are selected and dates chosen, users' names and the selected dates will be displayed when hovering over the respective option.
    5. This ensures transparency and accountability regarding the audit file's preparation, review, and auditing process.
    6. Users can easily reference who prepared, reviewed, and audited the file, along with the corresponding dates, ensuring compliance and transparency.

    7. When generating the audit workpaper file, this information will be prominently displayed on the second page.



Actions that can be performed from this page:
  1. Risk Matrix: Click to be redirected to the Risk Matrix page.
  2. Change Status: Click to change the status of the job through a slider with status options.
  3. Add Label: Click the + icon to add Labels to the job through a slider menu.
  4. Generate/Regenerate File: Click to generate a file for the fund and select the desired information to include.
  5. Download File: Once the file is generated, click on Download and View it.
  6. Edit Fund Details: Allows editing of the Fund Details section.
  7. Verify Data: Click to verify uploaded/imported data from the accounting software.
  8. Reimport Lead Schedule: Click to reimport the lead schedule for the job.
  9. Documents: Redirects to the documents section of the fund for Editing, Viewing, Deleting, Tagging, and Uploading Documents. Click here to know more.
  10. DMS:- Shows the total number of files and folders for the fund. Clicking on the file count redirects to the fund's dedicated DMS. The top displays the overall Total No. of Files. Click here to know more.
