Introduction
We’re excited to introduce two key updates:
- Enhancements to the DMS with introduction of Organise Documents module, making document management more efficient with new file icons, better tagging, and bookmarking.
- The Internal Comments feature in External Query, allows internal staff to add private comments within query threads for improved team collaboration.
Organise Documents
After opening a document you can now seamlessly switch between documents without returning to the Plan/Process/DMS page, while keeping other documents open. We’ve introduced new icons to differentiate file types and to easily identify tagged and roll-forwarded documents.
Key Highlights:
- Single-Screen Interface: Manage, and easily filter documents by status (All Documents, Tagged, Unsorted, or Permanent) from a single, consolidated screen for better navigation and linking.
- New File Icons: Quickly identify document types and their tagged or roll-forward status with new icons.
- Enhanced Tagging & Bookmarking: Tag documents to more than one line items, View, and Remove Bookmarks and Roll forward from within the interface.
- Comprehensive Bookmark Management: All bookmarks in a document are now listed on the left for easy access, where they can be removed or rolled forward. When viewing a document from a line item, all bookmarks added to that line item will be displayed, regardless of their document origin. Underneath, the bookmarks specific to the current document are also available.
The Internal Comments feature is now available within the existing External Query module. This enhancement is designed to boost team collaboration by allowing internal staff to exchange private, summarised comments within a query thread.

- Exclusive Internal Comments: Team members can now add internal comments that are only visible to internal staff for seamless and secure collaboration.
- Efficient Interface: Internal comments can be posted through a streamlined interface, with intuitive options to Save, Cancel and Attach Documents actions.
- File Attachments: Easily attach files to internal comments, further enhancing document collaboration within the query.
