Auditomation's EOFY Updates & Enhanced Import Functionality

Introduction

We're excited to introduce the latest updates in Auditomation, your go-to auditing software, designed to enhance your efficiency and streamline your workflow. Here are the new features and improvements:

Enhanced Import - Reimport

Financials will be imported first and displayed on the dashboard promptly, the rest of the imports will be taken to the backend and will be processed there. Users no longer need to wait during imports to view financials; information not yet imported will display a skeleton view. Other imports are scheduled sequentially, ensuring everything is ready when needed. System performance will significantly improve with these optimisations. BGL Workpaper Documents

We have automated the conversion of BGL Workpapers documents into Cloudoffis-supported formats, eliminating the need for manual conversion and significantly reducing the effort and time required. This enhancement ensures that all documents are now automatically converted, allowing for seamless bookmarking and search functionality. Users will experience enhanced efficiency and a more streamlined workflow, particularly when managing large volumes of documents.

Billing Module

Billing Module is now available in Auditomation's new UI, you can now configure flat fees and job complexity-based fees (Simple, Moderate, Complex) with enhanced usability. Enter amounts and invoice descriptions easily, and integrate these settings into your invoice generation processes seamlessly.

Practice Analytics

Practice Analytics in SMSF Auditomation's New UI module provides enhanced insights into practice performance through My Practice Analytics and Firm Analytics. Access detailed reports on job analysis, query turnaround times, revenue, and staff performance, with customisable views for connected and not connected firms, ensuring informed decision-making and improved efficiency.
