Fund Dashboard - Sorted Lite
Introduction
The Fund Dashboard is your central hub for managing your fund. This dashboard offers a user-friendly interface, with sections dedicated to Fund Details, Collaboration with SMSF Auditor, Recent Queries, Document Management System (DMS), Documents, and Workpapers. Here's a brief overview of what each section provides and how you can navigate them to efficiently manage your SMSF.
Fund Details
This section provides basic fund details, including Period Description, Period End Date, Fund Code, ABN, GST Status, Business Code, Business Name, Trustee Type, and Member information.
Collaborate with SMSF Auditor
Here, you can see the last submitted date and click on the Re-submit button to resubmit the fund to the auditor if needed.
You can also click on Cancel Audit Submission to revoke the Submit to Auditor action.
- Auditor information such as Name, Submitted Stage, Open Queries, Resolved Queries, and Submitted by date is visible here.
Recent Queries
This section displays the headings of recent queries, their status, and dates.
You can click on a query heading to reply to it.
- If necessary, you can also click on the paperclip icon to attach files to your response.
DMS (Document Management System)
This area lists the names of folders and the number of documents in each folder.
Clicking on a folder name will open the list of documents in that folder on the right-hand side.
Documents
A list of available documents in the selected folder is displayed here.
You can click on a document name to open and view the document.
- The last modified date of each document is also shown.
Workpapers
From here, you can access various workpaper-related functions:
Click View Referenced Workpaper to view referenced workpapers.
- Click Generate Workpapers to generate workpapers. Once generated, the icon changes to Regenerate Workpapers.
- After generating workpapers, the Download Workpapers icon becomes visible, allowing you to download them to a local drive or Class DMS.
- Click Trial Balance to open the fund's trial balance, including tagged/attached documents.
- Use Sync with Class to synchronize data with Class, if needed.
