Introduction
If your clients are managed in BGL Simple Fund 360, you can import them directly into the Cloudoffis portal without having to manually create client records. This guide explains how to directly import the BGL 360 new funds into your portal in a few simple steps.
How to Import Funds From BGL 360
Step 1:- Once you have logged in to the portal using your credentials, click on Audit from the left-hand side quick menu.
Step 2:- From there, click on Manage Clients.
Step 3:- Now click on Import Clients from the top right corner of the page.
Step 5:- You will now see a pop-up menu, select BGL360 from there.
Step 6:- You will be redirected to the BGL360 page and now you have to enter your login credentials and click on Authorise, to authorize access to your client’s details.

Step 7:- You will now be redirected to a screen where you will have to click on Authorize to authorize access.
Step 8:- A list of all your available clients will be listed and visible on your screen. Select the ones you want to import and click on Import Selected Funds.
Note:- You can also select all the available funds together and perform Bulk Import by clicking on the checkbox at the top.
Step 9:- Once the process is successfully completed, you’ll receive a confirmation stating that Imported successfully. If you have already imported a client and you are performing this action again, you will see a notification of Already exists.
Step 10:- You can now click on View Funds and you will be redirected to the Manage Funds page.

That’s it, you’re all done and good to go. The fund will now be available on the Manage Funds page. The following actions can be performed from the Manage Funds page.
