How To Import Funds From SuperMate

Introduction

If there’s no other accounting software that you or your client uses, you can also upload the details manually. Here’s how you can upload your client details Manually.
Step 1:- Login to the platform using your credentials.

Step 2:- Click on Audit from the left-hand side quick menu.

Step 3:- From there, click on Manage Funds.

Step 4:- Now click on Import New Funds from the top right corner of the page.




Step 5:- You will now see a Pop-up menu, select Import from SuperMate from there.



Step 6:- You will be redirected to the SuperMate page and now you have to enter your login credentials and click on Authorize.


Step 7:- Now select the Site and Year for which you want to import the fund and then click on Submit.



Step 8:- Now a list of all your available clients will be listed and visible on your screen. Select the ones you want to import from there. and then click on Import Selected Clients.




Note:- You can also select all the available funds together and perform Bulk Import by clicking on the checkbox at the top.

Step 9:- Once the process is successfully completed, you’ll receive a confirmation stating Imported successfully. If you have already imported a client and you are performing this action again, you will see a notification of Already exists.


Step 10:- You can now click on View Funds and you will be redirected to the Manage Funds page.


That’s it, you’re all done and good to go. The fund will now be available on the Manage Funds page. Following actions can be performed from the Manage Funds page.
