Additional Columns to Prioritise Follow-up and Response for External Queries
We’ve added two new optional columns that can be enabled in your modules, to enhance your External Query workflow, improve response management, reduce resolution time and stay on top of your Open External Queries.
These columns are available on the Manage Queries module, Manage Jobs > My Audit Job, Completed Audit Job, and Deleted Audit Job.
Last Query Sent
Displays the date and automatically updates every time you send a query or reply via Auditomation.
You can sort queries based on the Last Query Sent date, helping you prioritise follow-ups and focus on queries that have been pending the longest.
Last Response Received
Displays the date and updates whenever a reply to a query is received from the accountant (via SMSF Sorted).
Helps you sort and manage responses efficiently—responding on a first-come, first-served basis and keeping your audit flow smooth.
