Queries and Review Points
Introduction
The Queries and Review Points page consists of 2 main tabs:
- Queries: Displays all Open, Resolved, and Draft queries. Switch between Open, Resolved, and Draft queries using the buttons on the top right.
- Query Checkbox: Select between Internal Query, External Query or both to view relevant results. Selecting the checkbox will filter the queries accordingly. Initially, both the checkboxes will be selected and you can click on any of them to filter the results accordingly.
- Internal Queries: Shows all raised internal queries. Switch between Open and Resolved internal queries. Click on the query and then on Convert to External Query to convert an internal query to an external query. Send an Email to yourself by using the respective icon.
- External Queries: Lists all raised external queries. Click on Notify Client Contact to send email notifications for open queries. Switch between Open, Resolved, and Draft queries using the buttons on the top right.
- Review Points: Divided into 5 tabs - Open, No Action Required, Management Letter, Qualification, and Contravention. Switch between respective tabs to view review points.
Actions:
- On the left side of the screen, lists of queries or review points are displayed.
- Clicking on any of them opens the details on the right side for further actions or viewing information.
- Fund name, Assigned to, Last Updated Date, and work paper with Query heading and description are shown for each query or review point.
