Release Contents


  1. Multi-Factor Authentication has been added to SMSF Sorted logins. This will require users to confirm their identity when logging in using a third-party application, such as Google Authenticator. Click here for more details in our Knowledge Base on setting up MFA.
    This is an opt-in setup, and users can continue to login to SMSF Sorted without MFA if they choose.

  2. Only Review Points addressed to external Auditing or Accounting firms will be displayed in their portal.

  3. Investments will now be displayed in alphabetical order on the Statement of Financial Position regardless of which administration software the data has been imported from.

  4. If a job has moved to Ready for Peer Review, no further documents are able to be uploaded.

  5. A new tab named 'Data Not Available' has been added under Observations for any observations for which API data is not currently available from the relevant administration software.

  6. Staff with a Manager role are able to create, reply or resolve a query, regardless of whether they are an assignee on the particular job.

  7. Workpapers will now be generated where non PDF files are tagged against financial statement items. NOTE: An appropriate warning message is displayed to inform the user that the bookmarks on a non PDF file will not be included in the resultant Workpapers file.

  8. Windup jobs for the 2021 year are now available to be submitted to Audit.

  9. Several minor bugs have been addressed.
