SMSF Sorted Release 2.2

Release Contents

  1. To enhance data security, business codes are now required to be verified to ensure that data is only exchanged between the appropriate authorised businesses.

  2. Items in DMS can now be displayed in a list view. Further enhancements to DMS functionality will be rolled out in upcoming releases to allow for bulk operations to be carried out.

  3. The Queries page has been enhanced to add filters for received queries and sent queries.

  4. Due to changes related to COVID-19 measures, additional notes have been added to the Observations for Lump Sum Payment, Retirement Condition and Benefits Paid to Member <60.

  5. Users will now only see the following tabs under My Jobs if there are relevant jobs in those statuses:
    1. Submitted to Administrator(s)
    2. Submitted to Auditor(s)

  6. Improvements have been made to the reports available for auto tagging. Detailed reports are now imported from Class for the Statement of Taxable Income, Contribution Cap report, and Pension Limit Report. Additional reports are also now available, being the Member Statement, and, if the fund is registered for GST, the Activity Statement Preparation Report. 
    If you want to import the Member Statement and Activity Statement Preparation Report for jobs created before 17 October 2020 when this function went live, you will need to reimport the lead schedule for the job.


  7. Functionality for the "Reimport Data" button in DMS and the Job Dashboard has improved to provide a more consistent user experience. 

  8. In some scenarios, there was an issue where an individual line item could not be selected to be tagged from the Statement of Financial Position or Operating Statement. This issue has now been resolved. 

  9. An issue where the "Updated" items count was incorrectly counted.
